摘要: 目的 探讨雌激素受体(ER)基因多态性与三叉神经痛的相关性。方法 采用聚合酶链反应和限制性酶 切片段长度多态性分析方法,对20例三叉神经痛患者(病例组)和20例健康人(对照组)进行ER基因多态性分析, 比较ER基因多态性在组间及组内分布的差异性。结果 ER基因PvuII和XbaI两个酶切位点的多态性以ppxx型 最多,PpXx型和Ppxx型次之,ER基因多态性分布在病例组和对照组组间及组内的分布均无统计学差异(P> 0·05),但病例组Xx基因型构成比高于对照组,xx基因型则低于对照组;病例组PpXx基因型构成比高于对照组,而 ppxx、Ppxx基因型低于对照组。结论 ER基因的PvuII和XbaI酶切多态性与三叉神经痛的发病可能存在某种相关 性。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the association of estrogen receptor(ER) gene polymorphism and primary trigeminal neu- ralgia.Methods By polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP), ER gene polymorphism was analyzed in 20 trigeminal neuralgia(TR) patients and 20 control individuals, and the distribution of ER genotype was com- pared in TR group and control group.Results Therewas no significant difference in frequencies of allele and genotype in XbaI or PvuII polymorphism or XbaI with PvuII polymorphisms together between TR group and control group (P>0·05). The genotypic distribution of Xx or PpXx in TR group was higher than control group, and it was contrary to xx, ppxx or Ppxx in TR group and control group.Conclusion XbaI or PvuII polymorphism may be related toTR. Women with PpXx genotype may be a dangerous factor to primary trigeminal neuralgia.
