摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的　建立计算机辅助牙颌模型三维CT扫描测量分析系统,并研究其可行性。方法　采用高分辨率螺旋CT扫描石膏牙颌模型获得其断层图像,利用Visual C 6.0编制在Windows环境下运行的分析软件,完成三维图形重建及测量,并采用该系统与手工方法对20副恒牙期模型进行测量,比较其结果。结果　牙颌模型三维CT系统经检测精度合乎临床要求;且系统与手工方法测量20副恒牙期模型结果比较显示,两者间差异无显著性 (P>0·05)。结论　牙颌模型三维CT扫描测量分析系统是一套具有临床实用价值及推广意义的计算机辅助诊疗系统。

Abstract:

Objective　To develop a computer assisted CTscanning system for 3D dental cast measurement and to study its re- liability.Methods　20 dental stone castswere scanned by helical CTand captured a series digital sliced radiographs of them.The program which was developed byVisual C 6.0 language and run underthe Windows surroundings rebuiltthe 3D graphics and mea- sured the coordinate of the dental cast. These dental castswere scanned and measured totestthe reliability of the system, contrast- ingwith manual measurement.Results　There was no significant difference between 3D CT scanning and manual measurement (P>0·05).Conclusion　The system is a valuable computer assisted systemfor clinical diagnosis and treatment ofmalocclusion.
